Life at 160 readers, this is Paul from SubtleDig. The delays are on my end and are inexcusable. To each of the 53 people who emailed me on Christmas, I will be sending you all free Life at 160 tees in the coming days (check your email). To everyone else, I’m honestly really sorry, I messed up and I’m sick about it. Content is coming.
I‘m drunk. SubtleDig thought my idea to release the next Billed Hourly on Christmas was fucking stupid. If you reserved part of your Christmas for the piece, complain to Paul at blog@subtledig.com. It will be up on the 26th or the 27th, depending on the duration of my Christmas binge.

Larry, we didn’t really know each other, but that’s ok. In our short time together at lifeat160, I grew quite fond of your articles. I know you’re still going to be posting occasionally, but it’s not the same. I’ll be honest, I didn’t read through all of them (mostly because I’m still learning how to read), but I enjoyed what I read nevertheless. I wish we’d gotten to know each other better, I wonder if our paths shall ever cross again. Alas, life is such. I have written this short poem (it doesn’t completely rhyme) for you. I hope you enjoy it. continue reading »
There are no Jack in the Box locations near my home. As such, I rarely have the privilege of consuming the slop they vigorously attempt to pass off as food. Further, as I’m on a post-breakup diet, I really have no business being anywhere near such a restaurant. Nevertheless, thanks to a business trip and a lonely late night, I found myself in the position to sample a new Jack in the Box menu item and – surprise – it was delicious. continue reading »
